New Zealand is truly breathtakingly beautiful and I’m so happy I made that spur of the moment decision on a Friday afternoon to just book it and go!
There is so much to see and do in New Zealand its hard to decide what to do first!
BUNGY in QUEENSTOWN
Hi my name is Kimberly and I am an adrenaline junkie! I loved the thrill and experience of throwing myself off a platform 200-400 metres above the floor. I loved it that much I did 3 bungy jumps, the Nevis 134m and 2 off the ledge bungy only 47m bungy but hoovering 400m above Queenstown. What an incredible experience that I think everyone should do when visiting New Zealand.
GLACIER WALK in FRANZ JOSEF
This was definitely on my list of things to do, I mean how often would I get the opportunity to walk on Glaciers?!?
SKYDIVE in FRANZ JOSEF
Franz Josef was a beautiful place to do a skydive because of the amazing scenery. At 19,000ft we had to have oxygen going up in the plane. I wasn’t nervous at all and was happy to jump without hesitation, with a 80 second free-fall I had time to admire the incredible view.
MAORI VILLAGE in ROTORUA
This overnight stay was an amazing experience. It gave me a chance to learn about the culture of the Maori tribes. Yes I do have to admit it is very commercial, but still worth the trip.
Stick games are so much fun.
Lets learn a song!
I removed the green from the leaf to create this string which was added to a braided rope that loads of people from all around the world have also added too.
When in ROME, do what the natives do!
Getting involved with the games!
LUGING in QUEENSTOWN
This reminded me of my childhood and when I had a go-cart. Yes luging was a tad different, a lot more fun! We went with 8 of us and it got very competitive!
Last but not least when in Queenstown you’ve got to have a FERGBURGER! Enough said 🙂
If you haven’t already, book a flight and get yourself to New Zealand!!
